Presentations for Students and Teachers
The state coordinator is available to travel to your school to talk with teachers and students about the history day program.
Topics of programs may include:
- A general overview of NHD for those who are unfamiliar with the program and need basic information
- A discussion of research procedures, thesis development, and what constitutes a solid bibliography
- Suggestions for possible topics related to the theme
- Review of student projects as they develop
- Workshops for teachers on where to find primary sources for selected topics and how to use them in the classroom
